Open Stitching Times on Zoom
There are 3 open stitching times or “Socials” on Zoom. You can drop in to stitch and/or chat. Leave and come back when you want. Socials will be on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from 12-4 pm PST. For late-night owls, there are Pajama Parties on Friday nights starting at 7:30 p.m. to whenever you’re too tired to stitch. All times are in Pacific Time Zone.
You are welcome to attend up to 2 meetings via zoom or in-person before deciding to join!
Tips for Meeting Attendees:
1.) Mute your microphone
To help keep background noise to a minimum, make sure you mute your microphone when you are not speaking
2.) Be mindful of background noise
When your microphone is not muted, avoid activities that could create additional noise, such as shuffling papers or family members using the bathroom (it has happened!)
3.) Position your camera properly
If you choose to use a web camera, be sure it is in a stable position and focused at eye level, if possible. Doing so helps create a more direct sense of engagement with other participants.
